I'm selling my Sennheiser MKH 70 P48 shotgun microphone, which has hardly ever been used. I would say it is in mint condition and has mainly been in the closet and box. It comes with a Rycote mount (Kit6) where the mounts have been replaced with new ones, it has been fitted with a third mount for better damping and stabilisation during fast movements. The Rycote has a con-box. The original windjammer is included as well as a replacement from Nicolai equipment and a ‘sock’. As a transport bag, everything is in a sturdy cardboard box that has been customised. There is also an original Sennheiser foam windscreen, which I had never used. The whole thing is fully functional and in excellent condition. I sell privately as a freelancer on account without further warranty. I am available for questions and on-site testing in Berlin. Insured shipping on request and at the buyer's expense.

The MKH 70 is a lightweight long gun microphone. Its excellent directivity is particularly suited to applications undertaken in difficult conditions, such as high background noise and distance microphone positioning. Its frequency-independent directivity prevents sound colouration from off-axis sound sources.
