This is a set of 5 cards containing the Evertz 7707CVT35-2 mainboard and 7707CVT-2 rear port.

The 7707CVT is a VistaLINK® capable, composite analog video and analog audio fiber transmitter for broadcast quality video and analog audio signals. This single card module accepts one NTSC or PAL analog video input with up to four analog audio inputs, performs analog to digital conversion and transmits them over a single fiber.

These cards have come from an international broadcasters CAR setup and has likely seen extensive use. The card has been tested in a 350FR multiframe rack, powers up and appears to be working.

According to Evertz, this card should transit on fibre on 1350nm Wavelength.
